Our two principal attorneys are seasoned litigation and business attorneys that each have large firm experience as well as prior careers in industry and business.  The cornerstone of our philosophy is to recognize your business or personal needs and to provide sound legal services at competitive rates that align with those needs. 

Over the years, our practice has evolved from a patent and commercial litigation practice to a practice that also includes patent office proceedings, estate planning, asset protection, and business law.  This expansion of the firm’s practice was a natural extension of the representation of our clients, who needed assistance with legal matters outside of the court room.  We value our relationship with our clients and seek to be their trusted advisor for all their legal needs.
